Through the leadership of RD Dionisio C. Ledres, Jr., the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development Cagayan Valley Region (DRO2) was recognized for its outstanding achievement of attaining the least number of audit observations for the calendar year 2024 during the conduct of the 2025 Focus Group Discussion of Accountants, Bookkeepers, and Other Finance Officers from DCO and DROs held in Batangas City from August 12-15, 2025.
